The right checks.
Identify which features need inspection, the method, sampling and required records. A dimensional report, material certificate or specialist test must be explicitly included if needed.

The right production partner.
Partner selection depends on the part, process and requirements. A partner’s certificate is not automatically a certification of Miwe S&T Co., Ltd. or of the delivered product.

A clear delivered total.
Agree manufacturing time, shipping method, destination, packaging and responsibility for taxes and duties. A target date becomes a commitment only when confirmed in the project terms.

A way to resolve issues.
Specify acceptance criteria, how to report a nonconformity and the remedy process before ordering. Keep photos, measurements and the approved revision together.

Care with your files.
Drawings may need to be shared with the production partners involved in fulfilment. Access, confidentiality and any NDA requirements must be agreed before sensitive files are transferred.
