WHAT WE MAKE / 03

Sheet metal.

A simple sheet. A whole new possibility.

Custom cut and folded metal parts for your enclosure, stand, display or next practical invention. Review the flat pattern, bends and finish together.

SHEET METAL / AT A GLANCE

A clearer starting point.

Sheet metal fabrication turns flat metal into profiles, panels and folded parts. The finished shape, sheet thickness, bends and edge requirements need to be reviewed together.

Good starting files
STEP for folded parts; DXF / DWG for flat profiles. Add a PDF showing bends, material and thickness.
Part examples
Desk stands, mounting plates, covers, signs, equipment panels and custom enclosures.
Quantity
One-offs, prototypes and small batches, reviewed against setup and delivery costs.
Before production
Agree material, finish, revision, critical features, inspection and delivery in writing.

WHAT TO EXPLORE

Made for
your next idea.

Desk stands, mounting plates, covers, signs, equipment panels and custom enclosures.

  • Laser-cut profiles & folded parts
  • Brackets, panels & enclosures
  • Finish & hardware requirements

01 / THE MATERIAL

Start with what it needs to do.

Aluminium, stainless steel and steel sheet options are reviewed with thickness, finish and use in mind.

02 / THE DETAILS

Know the trade-offs.

Bend radius, hole-to-bend spacing, sheet thickness and flat pattern allowances affect the outcome. Cut parts may need deburring or finishing, which should be specified.

03 / THE FILES

Bring a clear starting point.

STEP for folded parts; DXF / DWG for flat profiles. Add a PDF showing bends, material and thickness.

A LOOK BEHIND THE PROCESS

From profile
to finished part.

From the flat profile to the finished form, we connect material, thickness, bends, edge condition and finish.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we make.

Can you cut and bend the same part?

Share the finished geometry and drawing so cutting, bending, hardware and finishing can be reviewed as one scope. Individual operations depend on the selected production partner.

Is a DXF enough for a folded part?

A flat DXF alone may not communicate bend direction, angle and final dimensions. Include a folded model or a dimensioned drawing.

Can you make a small batch of brackets?

Yes, you can request a small-batch assessment. Quantity, material, setup and delivery determine the quoted total; a small quantity does not guarantee a low landed cost.

Process, supplier capability, price and timing are assessed per project. No blanket tolerance or lead-time promise.
