01 / THE MATERIAL
Start with what it needs to do.
Aluminium, stainless steel, brass, POM and other engineering plastics can be assessed against your design.

For the parts where fit, feel and finish matter.
Custom machined parts for a single build, a working prototype or a small production run. Start with a model and tell us what needs to fit.

CNC MACHINING / AT A GLANCE
CNC machining removes material from metal or engineering plastic stock to create the specified geometry. Tool access, workholding and the features that need to fit guide the production review.
WHAT TO EXPLORE
Dials, housings, brackets, fixtures and functional components.

Tool access, internal corners, deep pockets and tight tolerances can change the cost. Mark the dimensions that matter instead of tightening every feature.
03 / THE FILES
STEP / STP, plus a dimensioned PDF for critical features.

From tool access to the final fit, we review the geometry, material and operation sequence, then agree how the part will be checked.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Single-part requests are welcome for review. Setup, material and international shipping still affect the total cost; the quote will show whether the project makes sense.
A 3D model describes the shape. Add a dimensioned drawing for threads, fits, tolerances and cosmetic requirements. If you only have a sketch, use the idea route first.
Tolerance depends on geometry, material, process and inspection method. Tell us your critical dimensions; achievable tolerances and inspection scope must be confirmed in the quote.
Process, supplier capability, price and timing are assessed per project. No blanket tolerance or lead-time promise.
