Production and transit
Separate manufacturing completion from carrier transit and customs clearance. A requested arrival date is reviewed against the complete route.
PACKING & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
A completed component still needs identification, protection and agreed shipment responsibilities. We connect the manufacturing order with packing, dispatch and follow-up.
Shape, finish, quantity, handling and destination determine the packing method. Include any customer packing standard or labelling requirement in the brief.
Connect part number, revision and quantity to the order. Keep different parts and finish variants distinguishable.
Separate parts and protect visible faces, edges and sensitive interfaces. Select suitable wrapping, separators or individual protection for the component.
Review cushioning and outer packaging against the actual mass, geometry and handling conditions. Agree special packing or packing photographs when needed.
Connect the packed contents, dispatch reference and agreed documents. Share the shipment information and keep the project conversation available for follow-up.
THE COMPLETE DELIVERED SCOPE
Separate manufacturing completion from carrier transit and customs clearance. A requested arrival date is reviewed against the complete route.
Provide destination country, postal code and any receiving restrictions. Express parcel, freight or a customer-appointed carrier can be discussed for the order.
The quotation should identify the shipping basis and who handles freight, import clearance, duties and taxes. A part price alone is not the complete delivered cost.
Agree the documents and identifiers needed for the shipment. Special paperwork, labels or packing requirements should be requested before dispatch.
